Accounts and access
You are responsible for your login credentials, account security, and activity performed through your account. Abuse, unauthorized sharing, attacks, or billing circumvention are not allowed.
Subscriptions, credits, and orders
Plans, top-ups, orders, refunds, and disputes are governed by platform order records, payment callbacks, credit ledgers, and billing state. Required business records are retained for reconciliation and risk control.
Generated content responsibility
You must ensure that prompts, reference materials, and downstream use of generated outputs comply with applicable laws and platform rules. You are responsible for submitted content and its use.
Service changes and restrictions
To maintain stability, safety, and compliance, ThinkNova may adjust features, models, quota, billing logic, or interfaces, and may restrict abnormal accounts, tasks, or assets when necessary.
