Know where to go before you create
This page answers three things: where to start, where to track tasks, and where to manage results and billing.
The task center shows running, completed, and failed jobs.
The asset library stores outputs for preview, download, and follow-up creation.
Account and billing pages handle subscription status, payments, and invoices.

Understand the available capabilities and where each workflow begins.
Choose a model, refine the prompt, set size or references, and submit once.
Jobs move through queued, processing, completed, or failed states.
Assets store results, while billing keeps subscriptions and payment records together.
Questions users ask most often
Why is a task not finished immediately?
Different models take different amounts of time. Tasks enter a queue first and then run through the selected model.
Where do I see the result?
Completed images, videos, and prompts appear in the asset library and can also be opened from task details.
When does a subscription become active?
After payment, subscription status and credits sync back to the account automatically.
Can I reuse prompts later?
Yes. Both task and asset views let you copy prompts for follow-up creation.
